Shipping & returns.

We ship from the United States to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Shipping is a flat $6.95 USD per order. Multiple items in the same order share this single shipping charge.

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of being placed. Dispatch time is the time before shipment, not the delivery time.

We do not offer standard returns or accept returns for a change of mind when the specimen received matches the listing.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong specimen, or you believe it differs from the listing, please contact dave@theamberarchive.com with your order reference and photographs so we can review the issue and discuss a resolution.

Any exception is considered individually and must be discussed and approved before an item is sent back. Contacting us does not automatically authorize a return. If a return is approved, we will confirm the return instructions and shipping arrangements with you.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
