We use the details you provide to respond to inquiries, manage purchases, and send updates you have chosen to receive. We do not add contact-form senders or buyers to the newsletter automatically.

Messages and orders

Contact messages are stored in the archive’s private owner inbox. Order information includes the items purchased, payment status, and the delivery details needed to fulfill an order. Card details are handled by Stripe when online checkout is enabled; the archive does not store your card number.

Email preferences

Newsletter signup records your email address and subscription choice. Each marketing email should include an unsubscribe link. You may also contact us to request a change or removal. Order correspondence is separate from marketing messages.

Service providers and storage

The site uses hosted database and image storage. Stripe processes enabled online payments, and Resend sends enabled website email. Necessary service providers receive the information required for their role. The shopping bag uses temporary browser storage for selected specimen identifiers. Owner sign-in is provided through ChatGPT.

Questions or requests

Contact us through the contact page about your information, correction requests, or deletion requests. We may need to retain some order records for business and recordkeeping purposes.
